Healing People And Animals With The Laying On Of Hands

We can trace the laying on of hands back to prehistoric times. I have no doubt that ancient cave shamans were using this remarkable healing device for hunter/gatherer injuries eons ago with positive results. Please contact us with your own stories about how gentle healing/touching has helped you personally or others, animals, and even your plants at: ohmygods13@yahoo.com

Touching with the intentionality of love in order to ease suffering, or simply to comfort another is instinctual. One need only to look upon a mother and her newborn baby to see how important it is to touch. This act ignites a chemistry for growth in newborns. Without it, chances are the baby will not thrive and could die. In the animal kingdom, we see a mother licking, rubbing, and feeding her babies as a natural progression to the birthing process. If the mother abandons her baby or does not touch it, it is a clear sign that unless there is an intervention, this baby animal will die. Many of us in the healthcare professions have studied and become certified in an ever-growing variety of modalities to accommodate the needs of our patients. We have Healing Touch, Touch For Healing, Reiki, Polarity balancing, magnetic therapies, chiropractors, physical therapists, and even distance healers who tune into the energy of a photo. I participated in a double blind scientific experiment about twenty years ago where we were provided with photos of mice injected with cancers. We were to pray and touch the photos, speaking loving words and care to the pictures. My mouse was named Mickie. When the final results came in, the mice who were left alone died much sooner than did the mice who were prayed and spoken to via their photos. Amazing? Not really. Medicine is now realizing that there are mental energies we can use to help others and one of them is prayer. Another is gentle healing touch."The Laying on of hands" is used throughout a multitude of worldwide religions. Can anyone, including you, perform this kindly act with the intention of healing? The answer is "YES!" All that is really necessary is a desire to see someone feel better. In no way is this to say that medical care, medications, surgery when needed, etc. is not to be done. This is an adjunct to other treatments. Education with respected and qualified teachers is better yet. But even if no training were to take place, your intent and focus will be powerful to keep in your medical tool chest. I think of it as mental aspirin. grin :) The next time you are in a situation where it feels right and socially acceptable, you may wish to give a gentle touch with their permission, to someone who is suffering. You will be surprised at how well this is appreciated.

Another Side of Life-Para-Norma-lly Yours

After a lifetime of investigating beliefs other than Judeo-Christian, I am convinced that the true religion is =
"I love INSCRUTABLE God and God loves me." All the rest is man-made-spam.

I have been clinically dead four times with lucid, total recall of the other side. It was beyond mere words. The magnitude is inscrutable for my few languages. I was held with gentle love, fabulous nurture, total safety, and..... there were no lies, no crimes, and they took me to see the eternal universal infinity. I did not wish to return here. Every time they sent me back saying, "There is more work to complete." The next time, is the last for this incarnation. Thank you God. Amen *o*
p.s. "THEY" = my angelic guides.

OUR FAMILY-ONCE UPON A TIME

THE LAST BREATH

Ever since MAN began to think, the concept of an after-life has been around. To visually illustrate this notion, I have included a stone door the Ancient Egyptians believed led them to their
after-life. How many times have I held another life-form while it took its last breath? Too many times, in my humble opinion. Yet, it has always imprinted upon me with such a power-filled energy that I am now compelled to write about it for you to ponder.

The very first time I recall being in this kind of spiritual, emotionally charged situation was in a hospital, waiting for my own major surgery. Next to me inside closed curtains, I heard a rustling sound. Something forced me to seek out what was happening. There lay a dying woman all alone sans any family. She spoke to me through her hazed-over, nearly shut eyes and asked telepathically for water. I brought a glass with a straw but she could not move. So I gently held her in my arms and placed the straw in her mouth. Even though she could not speak, her still living mind spoke to me and said "thank you lady." Then she went completely limp in my arms and I saw a greyish vapor come out of the top of her head. It was surreal. Her body weight became lighter in my arms, and I knew she had taken her last breath on Earth.

My entire mind, body, spirit was filled with such a rejoicing on her behalf. The misery of Cancer had left her body and she died with a smile on her lips. This was more than profound. It was a magickal and spiritual connection to life after life. Somehow, I managed to limp slowly over to the nursing desk and tell them. Shortly afterward, they wheeled me into major surgery, with the mind boggling sensation that I had been given a precious gift of eternal knowledge.

It has been many decades since I held this nameless dying woman in my arms. Since then, I have played the shamanic role more times than memory can count. Always, together with the human sadness, comes the spiritual euphoric knowing that they/we move on to another plane of existence.

I wrote this little story for you in honor of my beloved friend Betty, who died yesterday from advanced Lung Cancer. God, Almighty Mind, bless our loved ones, here and in Heavenly Rainbow. Thank you. amen *o*

Today brought me joy-filled-news of a miraculous event that I must share with you, my readers. A wonderful friend, who has had a very challenging life and is in poor health, just called to confide that over three million dollars was just won from The Lottery. I am not at liberty to say name, gender, or state. The family wants privacy to fully savor this miracle, and to plan wisely for its use. One thing they will do is rescue abandoned animals. Knowing this wondeful soul, I am sure many will share in the incredible win.

There is genuine joy in my heart, as I know how life can be an up/down see saw ride. This is a beautiful reminder that miracles really can and do happen.

It will be so special to share our mutual miracles for the public to read because we are facing really ???? events in America and globally. Your stories are very welcomed. Norma's Ark was and is designed for spiritual uplifting when the mood strikes. And the mood is striking. I will periodically share some of my own wondrous miracles and hope to hear from many of you.
